Tortellini alla Panna
Marco serves hand-made Tortellini, a bespoke traditional dish belonging to the region in which Marco grew up, Emilia -Romagna. Marco hand makes the pasta parcels, which are filled with a blend of lean pork, Parma ham, mortadella, mature Parmesan and a little something extra! (we're not going to tell you all our family secrets!!)
Parmesan & Balsamic Vinegar
Modena, Marco’s home town is known for two things- Ferraris and Balsamic Vinegar. Whilst we know little about the former, the latter is, when done properly, known as liquid gold. Aged in barrels for over 30 years, Marco’s family pride themselves in expertly making and storing their very own liquid gold which is included in many of the dishes on the menu today.
A pure Pork Salame, traditionally sourced from Emilia Romagna and is known to be the best Salame on the Italian market.
This dessert is a true family gem and is still always present in Marco's grandmother's fridge. The Italian version of a rich chocolate fridge cake with the added bonus of crumbled biscuit and a hint of liqueur.
